Approach
This resturation and cleaning project required perscise focus and carful attention to detail. Both dining rooms feature Waterford chandeliers designed from 1760, while Schonbek chandeliers illuminate over the stairwells. Antique bell jars line the art gallery hallway, adding to the estate's historic elegance.
Land History
Built in 1985 by renowed architect David Easton, the home was designed to resemble an 18th-century neoclassical mansion. Spanning 26,000 square feet with 45 rooms, the home reflects timeless architectural elegance and grandeur. Originally situated on a 9,000-acer golf course, the property was later transformed by a previous owner into a winery estate.
